JUST ADDED MY CARNIVAL COWL PATTERN TO RAVELRY----FREE. It's a fun project to knit ! I wanted to do a Quick Project using Bright Colors and this fills the bill. The stitch pattern is easy to memorize and you end up with something to bright up the cold winter days.
